What will be covered at each training:

Welcome and Introduction
Welcome and Introduction	10 minutes	Flow of the day; introductions,
Part One - Classroom time
Introduce the Five Principles of Awana and Club Segments	5 minutes
Principle #1: Awana is centered the Gospel.	60 minutes	Gospel Wheel Gospel DVD Clear and Confusing Invitations Large Group Time Practice sharing the Gospel
Break	10 minutes
Principle #2: Scripture memory is key	50 minutes	Separate participants into Club groups Importance of Scripture memory Biblical worldview Reading of Scenarios Go over hand books Scripture memory methods and standards Demonstrate and practice
Principle #3 Awana is exciting and fun	25 minutes	Demonstrate opening Demonstrate a game (maybe two) Talk about discipline Point system and awards
Principle #4 Children and youth are trained to serve	10 minutes	Great shake up Service Passport

Break/Lunch	30 minutes
Practice Awana	60 minutes	Have participants break up into leaders and clubbers (half leaders half clubbers). Have those acting as leaders assume the club role they'll serve in. Those that don't know their role can act as clubbers. The group will demonstrate an Awana club night, from coming in time to going home.
